Let’s all be kids again…pet a goat, play with a puppy, do a pose on a rope then twirl and spin upside down! We can’t have a yoga festival without having fun! We are excited to have Puppy Pilates but don’t worry about bringing your own pooch…they will be provided. All doggies who are participating are all up for adoption so when class is over take your new friend home. Goat Yoga will give you the opportunity for a baby goat to help you with your pose…it’s a perfectly awesome picture for social media! Wait until you try the Belly Dancing Class it will set you free! Everyone has to give Aerial yoga a whirl…literally…twirl, spin and pose upside down it’s an experience everyone should try.
Dance to the Drum Beat!
There will be a Super Colossal Community Drum Circle and Ecstatic Dance lead by Ryan Taylor at 2:00pm outside elevating the positive vibration of the festival. Bring your own drum, instrument or just clap and bounce to the beat…it’s invigorating!
